Fall Prevention and Balance Training

For those persons who need to address balance issues and prevent falling.  Individual assessment of current physical status, medical history, exercise experience, and recent balance/falling history. 

Coordinate with your physician and/or physical therapist with persons having recent acute medical issues and are completing the physical therapy regime and need to move toward increasing wellness and fitness capacity. 

Review past history of falling or balance difficulties and develop a training program suited to your needs.
